Return Eligibility
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us before shipping your return.

Returns must be sent back with original packaging (shoe box inside the original shipping box or a new shipping package)

Items showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund
How to Return an Item

Ship the package back to us using any shipping provider you prefer

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Snyder’s Shoes is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and the item(s) are confirmed to be unworn and in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the original cost of items(s), plus tax if applicable
- Original shipping cost is not refunded

Please allow a few business days after receipt for processing
- Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address}.
